The food
At Struktur, flavour comes first. Our techniques are often rooted in classic French cuisine, while inspiration can come from anywhere - as long as it makes the dish better. We stay true to the craft - not the rules.
The menu evolves continuously with the seasons. Some dishes stay on the menu longer, while others make way for new ingredients, flavours and ideas. What they share is precision, depth and contrast - recognisable without being predictable.
Create your own menu
All dishes on our à la carte menu are served in starter-sized portions, so you can try more and put together a menu to suit your appetite, time and mood.
At lunch, choose two or three dishes. In the evening, choose three or four and begin with snacks from the kitchen. You can also let the head chef create your menu or choose one of our classics served as a main course.
Wine and cocktails
Our wine list is selected with the food in mind, whether you are in the mood for a single glass, a bottle for the table or a wine pairing.
The cocktail menu features our own creations, well-known classics and alcohol-free alternatives. Start with a cocktail, finish with one - or simply stop by for a cocktail.
A place in the sun
When the weather allows, Struktur moves outside. We have seating on our cosy terrace and outdoor tables on C.W. Obels Plads.
Settle in for lunch, oysters and a cold drink, dinner or a spontaneous cocktail in the sun at our restaurant in Aalborg - right in the heart of the square.
Book a table
We serve lunch and dinner from Monday to Saturday, and the bar stays open after the kitchen closes.
Walk-ins are always welcome when space allows. If you want to be sure of a table, we recommend booking in advance.
