Our techniques are often rooted in classic French cuisine, while inspiration can come from anywhere, as long as it makes the dish better. We stay true to the craft – not the rules.
The food at Struktur
At Struktur, flavour comes first. The menu evolves continuously with the seasons, making room for new ingredients, flavours and ideas throughout the year.
What the dishes share is precision, depth and contrast. The food should feel recognisable without being predictable, whether you visit for lunch, a longer dinner or simply a couple of dishes and a glass of wine. See our current menu.
Create your own menu
All dishes on our à la carte menu are served in starter-sized portions. This allows you to try more and create a menu that suits your appetite, time and mood.
At lunch, choose two or three dishes. In the evening, choose three or four and begin with snacks from the kitchen. You can also let the head chef create your menu or choose one of our classics served as a main course.
Lunch and dinner in the heart of Aalborg
Struktur is centrally located at C.W. Obels Plads 16. Join us for lunch or dinner from Monday to Saturday.
For lunch, the kitchen opens at 11:30 with last arrival at 15:00. Dinner is served from 17:00, with last arrival at 21:00 Monday to Thursday and 21:30 Friday and Saturday.
Wine and cocktails
Our wine list is selected with the food in mind, whether you are in the mood for a single glass, a bottle for the table or a carefully matched wine pairing.

When the weather allows, Struktur moves outside. We have both a cosy terrace and outdoor seating directly on C.W. Obels Plads.
